Shipping policy
We deliver to metropolitan and regional areas Australia wide. We are unable to deliver to a PO or Parcel Box so please provide a physical address.
Deliveries will require a signature upon arrival unless you have stated to the delivery company that your parcel can be left without a signature, OR if the delivery method does not require a signature for the delivery to be completed.
Please note that if you live in an apartment or building complex that freight companies may only deliver your order to the main reception area or ground level of the complex and not your unit.
We will dispatch your order once payment has been received and cleared. Time until your order is dispatched is usually within 3 to 6 business days. Dispatch times may vary due to issue’s outside of our control.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 21 business days for your item/s to arrive, this is dependent on delivery location, shipping service used and time of year. We use a range of shipping services dependent on what is best suited for your order. Items will be posted via reliable shipping services such as Australia Post Express, Toll, DHL, Allied Express, Hunter Express, Couriers Please, IGX, Aramex and 4PX Express.
Timeframes are an estimate only and may be impacted by other issues outside of our control such as ongoing COVID restrictions in different states and natural disasters. Your patience during these times is highly appreciated.
It is common for your order to be split into two or more deliveries. Please check for multiple tracking or consignment numbers. The remainder of your order will arrive within days.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your items have been shipped so you can check the status of your order. Please check your junk mail to ensure you receive these details. Your freight company may have An Authority To Leave (ATL) the item if you are not home for your delivery. This choice is at your discretion and we will not be held responsible for any theft or damage including (but not limited to) rain and other weather damage to your order.
Undeliverable Postcodes
We try our best to deliver to metropolitan and regional areas Australia wide. However, there are some postcodes that are undeliverable for certain products. Some regions may incur a larger shipping fee or the freight company may not be able to directly deliver to your home address and you may need to collect your order from the closest collection point at your cost. If there is an error and we cannot ship to your postcode your account will be refunded with email notice. If you are unsure if a freight company will deliver to your home in a regional area, please contact us here and we will make an enquiry with our freight company.
Free Delivery & Shipping Charges
Free delivery on all products marked with a sticker ‘FREE DELIVERY’ – all other items not eligible for free shipping will calculate a delivery charge at the cart based on the item and delivery location.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address please contact us as soon as possible to correct this. If the order has already been processed with the freight company we cannot amend the delivery address and you will need to contact the freight company directly.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If your item delivery is unsuccessful a note will be left to collect your order.
In the case that your item is delivered via Australia post a notification will be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office.
If you are not home for the delivery from a freight company and they cannot leave your order in a safe space or have been instructed not to, you will need to contact the freight company on the card provided with your tracking details or consignment number. Depending on the freight company you may be able to arrange to collect your item/s from their depot or pay a redelivery fee. We cannot arrange this for you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, a customer service representative will contact you via email.
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about the parcel delivery to avoid the parcel being rejected. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel is returned and needs to be redelivered.
Undelivered Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is undelivered and returned to us, our customer service team will contact you via email.
If there is a discrepancy with the delivery address and your item is returned, a customer service representative will be in touch via email. If you are at fault a re-delivery cost will be charged.
Products Damaged in Transit
Upon receiving your order please check packaging and open and check product to ensure It has been delivered in good condition prior to signing for the delivery. It is important to ensure you have received your order in good condition. If the delivery driver is unable to wait for you, please note on the delivery note if there is any carton damage.
If your goods are received damaged or with items missing:
- Note on the delivery note that your order was damaged or had missing parts;
- Tell the delivery driver that it is damaged or parts are missing;
- If your goods are missing please contact your freight company;
- If your goods are damaged please contact us immediately so we can liaise with the freight company;
- Do not dispose of the damaged product or the products packaging. You will need to provide images or the damaged product and packaging to the freight company or you will void your insurance and the damaged or missing goods will not be covered.
Your freight insurance is only valid for 5 business days from receipt of delivery so please contact your freight company and/or us immediately as freight companies will not process claims outside of this period and you will be liable to purchase replacement parts and we cannot cover this cost.
Once your claim is lodged your freight company may take several days to respond before advising the next course of action, so please be patient, even though this can be frustrating.
